TAWA Services, Inc. in Buena Park, CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting.

You will analyze trends, prepare consolidated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reports, and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of financial analysis experience, a BA in accounting/finance (Master’s preferred), and strong SQL/Python/data warehousing and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail, wholesale or logistics.
• Strong data analysis, summarization, and communication skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, data warehousing, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports for all business entities.
• Develop and present monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports.
• Create supporting documentation and perform capital expenditure analysis for upper management approval.
• Generate regular sales and operations reports, highlighting key insights.
• Analyze sales, margin, and expense trends to identify patterns and recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with operation department leads to interpret business trends and customer behavior.
• Implement and maintain robust systems and controls to ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to produce actionable reports and address business challenges.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail, wholesale or logistic industry.
• Adaptable and willing to work flexible schedules to meet operational needs.
• Skilled in analyzing complex data, summarizing key insights, and refining information for clarity and actionable outcomes
• Familiar with SQL, Python, data warehousing, and advanced expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Compensation

The pay range for this job starts at $85,000 - $95,000 per year. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
