The role sits in the FP&A team and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, modeling, KPI reporting, and analytics to drive strategic decisions. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the analyst partners with operational and corporate leaders to deliver meaningful insights that improve financial performance and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Healthcare Finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems.

Qualifications

We're Excited About You Because You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Healthcare Finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and large dataset analysis.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems, financial planning tools, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with both financial and operational stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and business acumen.
• Healthcare industry experience or experience supporting multi-site operations is preferred.

Base Salary range is $85,000-100,000
