Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A to own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for non‑compensation expenses. This role partners with CTO, COO, and CFO to set targets and drive cost efficiencies, while administering the Prophix system.

Based in Atlanta, GA or Tempe, AZ, the ideal candidate will automate reporting, synthesize financial data for senior leaders, and contribute to strategic planning. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and dashboard tech skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• 2–5 years in finance or accounting.
• Experience with financial systems: Hyperion Planning/Oracle/Prophix.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to communicate financial results to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for non‑compensation expenses (Fleet, Legal, Technology, etc.).
• Partner with CTO/ COO/ CFO to set expense targets and drive results.
• Automate expense reporting and improve budgeting processes.
• Manage Prophix administration and ensure accurate financials.
• Lead monthly non‑compensation expense reviews with FP&A leadership.
