LeoForce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Ohio. You will conduct comprehensive financial analysis, build models, forecast performance, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your financial acumen within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key player in our organization, driving strategic decision-making processes by providing valuable insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

• 1. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to influence business decisions.
• 2. Developing and monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and promote financial discipline across the organization.
• 4. Evaluating current and previous financial data and performance.
• 5. Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
• 6. Providing insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
• 7. Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes for the company.
• 8. Evaluating and advising on the financial impact of long-range planning and introduction of new strategies and initiatives.
• 9. Assisting in the development of financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• 10. Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Qualifications

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, or related field, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
• 3. Proficiency in financial software and databases, with advanced Excel skills.
• 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• 5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
• 6. Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• 7. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• 8. A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• 9. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
