Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your financial acumen within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key player in our organization, driving strategic decision‑making processes by providing valuable insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to influence business decisions.
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and promote financial discipline across the organization.
• Evaluating current and previous financial data and performance.
• Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
• Providing insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes for the company.
• Evaluating and advising on the financial impact of long-range planning and introduction of new strategies and initiatives.
• Assisting in the development of financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, or related field, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
