What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial analysis and support for areas such as P&L forecasting, cash flow analysis, and investor relations
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to streamline financial processes
- Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports, including variance analysis
- Support the month-end financial close process by analyzing data for errors and inconsistencies
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiencies for the finance team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting function, preferably in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data mining and converting large datasets into usable formats for financial decision-making
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EBS
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
