What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial analysis and support across various areas, including P&L forecasting, cash flow analysis, and investor relations
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to streamline financial tasks
- Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports, including variance analysis
- Support the month-end financial close process by analyzing data and identifying discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting using Hyperion Planning and produce summary reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting function, preferably in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data mining and converting large data sets into usable formats
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EBS
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
