• Manages SAP requirements for federal student aid, including review and processing of SAP determinations, appeals, and related student inquiries.
• Administers, monitors, and troubleshoots financial aid systems to ensure integrity of databases and timely delivery of funds.
• Provides comprehensive financial aid counseling and assistance to students and parents, particularly for complex matters.
