Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Engagement Lead within our Advisory practice in the United States. You will oversee client engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and drive delivery of complex advisory and financial services.

The role requires 8+ years in a large firm, CPA certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide multiple projects while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Eight or more years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong leadership and client management abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to achieve client satisfaction through engagement oversight and interaction with client executives and engagement sponsors
• Be accessible and anticipate client needs, questions, and issues
• Schedule internal and external deadlines to meet client expectations for delivery
• Interact at the highest levels of client organizations
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues in the office, other service lines, and engagement/project teams
• Lead by example to positively impact employee morale
