HawaiiUSA FCU is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor in Honolulu to develop long-term member relationships and guide financial profiles, risk assessments, and asset allocation.

The role requires 5+ years in investment services sales, FINRA licenses, and Hawaii life/health licenses. Strong communication and independence are essential to serve members while supporting IIS products and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years demonstrated experience in the sale of investment services.
• FINRA SIE.
• FINRA Series 63 and 65 or 66 license(s).
• FINRA Series 7.
• Hawaii Life and Health Insurance licenses (required or willing to get in first 2 months).
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains long-term relationships based on trust and respect for members and employees.
• Provides professional direction for members and employees through financial profiling, including risk profiling, and asset allocation.
• Identifies and evaluates member and employee needs for alternative financial products that are offered through Investment and Insurance Services (IIS).
• Develops and implements individual marketing/ business plans in alignment with Investment and Insurance sales and other goals.
• Works with other credit union staff to identify and leverage cross-sell opportunities.
• Provides those services and products that respond to member or employee needs in alignment with the mission of the Credit Union.
