Qualifications

• HS diploma; 1 year investment sales experience; Series 7/63/65/66 and Life & Health licenses.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in investments and coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal production goals and customer service objectives for branches/book of business.
• Use financial planning tools to build comprehensive plans considering assets, goals, horizon and risk.
• Provide investment/insurance solutions based on a holistic planning approach.
• Coach branch staff to profile customers and identify short- and long-term goals.
• Deliver ongoing training and sales support to branches for strong customer experiences.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other lines of business to meet client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
