Job summary

Huntington in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor - Branch Partner to work closely with branch staff to uncover client needs and offer suitable financial solutions for short- and long-term goals.

You will drive personal production, provide investment and insurance solutions through holistic planning, coach colleagues, and collaborate with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other lines of business to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of investment sales experience.
• Series 7, 63, 65/66 and Life and Health Licenses required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of investment and insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal production goals and customer service objectives for all assigned branches and/or book of business.
• Provide investment/insurance solutions to customers based on a comprehensive financial planning approach that incorporates all assets, goals, time horizon and risk tolerances.
• Coach branch staff regularly to better profile customers to identify short-term and long-term goals and provide appropriate solutions as needed.
• Provide ongoing training and sales support to assigned branches to deliver a great customer experience to all customers and prospective customers.
• Responsible for partnering with every line of business to provide clients with best solutions for all their needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
