Job summary

Citadel Wealth Management at Citadel Credit Union is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to design holistic plans and grow a sophisticated client book. You will manage long-term relationships, translate life goals into strategies, and mentor teammates while guiding clients through market changes and major decisions.

Based in a trusted community, you will leverage partnerships across banking, insurance and lending to deliver comprehensive solutions and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Active securities licensing (Series 7 & 66 or equivalent).
• 5+ years in financial advisory or wealth management.
• Proven success growing and retaining a book of business.
• Deep experience in holistic financial planning.
• Collaborative mindset and coaching presence.

Responsibilities

• Design holistic wealth plans across investments, retirement, tax, estate and legacy planning.
• Own long-term relationships with high-value clients and guide them through wealth stages.
• Grow the book through referrals and partnerships within communities served.
• Collaborate with branch partners, lending, insurance and business banking for full-picture solutions.
• Provide steady guidance through changing markets and major financial decisions.
