Citadel Credit Union's Citadel Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor who blends strategic thinking with genuine care for clients. You will design holistic wealth plans and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients.

In this senior role you will mentor teammates, grow your book through referrals, and collaborate with branch partners to deliver integrated advice across investments, retirement, tax and estate planning.

Qualifications

5+ years in financial advisory or wealth management roles.
Active securities licensing (Series 7 & 66 or equivalent).
CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or similar designation strongly preferred.
Proven success growing and retaining a book of business.
Deep experience in holistic financial planning.

Responsibilities

Design futures, not just financial plans, across investments, retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and legacy planning.
Be the primary trusted advisor and own long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Grow the book through referrals, partnerships, and community roots.
Collaborate with branch partners, lending, insurance and business banking to deliver full-picture solutions.
Navigate changing markets and major financial decisions with steady guidance.
