• Build relationships to acquire new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand client needs and develop personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experiences and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to improve the branch business plan and results.
• Create a sales and service environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses.
