Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 are required.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation and CRPC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs and concerns to create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to develop and adjust the business plan for results.
• Provide a engaging branch environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
