Responsibilities

• Evaluate employer account activity to resolve financial discrepancies by analyzing balances and billing information.
• Engage with employers to address delinquencies or coverage lapses via phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Support internal teams with complex account analysis using Excel and Cognos for challenging cases and preparing information for review.
• Provide testimony in compliance and enforcement proceedings by appearing as a witness and explaining balances or non-compliance.
• Manage and route incoming inquiries and transactions by reviewing, processing, and assigning correspondence to ensure timely completion.
• Perform financial research and adjustments on employer accounts by identifying corrections and updating records.
• Administer dishonored payment processes by handling related correspondence and updating policy records.
