Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Senior Financial & Actuarial Consultant to guide client accounts using financial decision tools and underwriting insights. The hybrid role serves clients across the Omaha region with office options in multiple cities.

You’ll analyze carrier data, prepare financial reports, mentor teammates, and contribute to tool development and client retention. Strong health & benefits experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ broker experience with focus on Health and Benefits.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
• High degree of understanding of employee benefits funding mechanisms.
• Must be familiar with carrier reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from carriers and provide recommendations to account teams or clients to negotiate rates and funding levels.
• Evaluate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual client financial reports.
• Track expenses by product line, renewal projections, funding levels, and rates for accounts and clients.
