Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related field is required.
• CPA required (either complete or in progress).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with JD Edwards or SAP preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset records, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Administer and account for lease portfolio (ASC-842) with accurate recording and reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and analyze variances.
• Consolidate financials and perform multi-currency journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements and assist in new accounting system implementations.
• Collaborate across departments and mentor junior staff.
