The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with 3–4 years of experience and strong communication skills. CPA preferred; banking/financial services background is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance required.
• CPA License preferred.
• 3–4 years of progressively responsible experience (public/private mix preferred).
• Previous Banking or Financial Services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily liquidity monitoring, settlements, and bank reconciliations, including Fed and correspondent accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries and related daily activity.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly invoices to business partners.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on billing questions.
• Record cash movements and apply payments to A/R.
• Prepare general ledger entries and month-end close reconcilations.
