Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dallas seeks a Senior Manager for Finance Transformation to lead complex programs spanning people, process, technology and data. You will advise CFOs, design target operating models, and sponsor ERP-enabled modernization initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and Workday, to deliver measurable value.

You will also shape transformation roadmaps, manage client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams while promoting governance and change management across engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading finance, operating model, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, R2R, P2P, OTC, shared services and finance operating model transformation.
• Proven success in ERP-enabled finance modernization and value realization.
• Strong consulting background with executive stakeholder advisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders on transformation strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide operating model designs and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday modernization programs and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support client growth.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across strategy, technology and change management.
