Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to lead Workiva Wdata implementations and digital reporting projects from strategy through execution. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive client-ready solutions.

The role requires 6–8+ years in system integration and finance consulting, with strong SDLC, SQL, Python, and Excel capabilities. Hybrid or remote work is available with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6-8+ years of finance management consulting with a focus on finance transformation or financial reporting experience.
• Expert in building complex Excel formulas and pivot tables for large data analysis.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive finance management consulting experience to help executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems from strategy through execution.
• Assist in execution of the full scope of SDLC activities — requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing, training, and deployment.
• Translate and review business requirements to effective technical solution designs based on leading practice principles.
• Develop and review executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
• Guide and oversee teams through design sessions and review technical design and build during implementation.
• Conduct client training sessions to educate them on features and functionalities of the Workiva platform.
