Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned with growth objectives and measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with goals.
• Assists in design and delivery of transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
