Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 7+ years exp as Business Analyst in accounting, finance, or tax functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from Accounting, Finance, and Tax systems.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into technology/process solutions.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Support UAT, data validation, and SOPs/process documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical/delivery teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• SQL or data analysis skills.
