Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience managing professional finance staff.
• Experience integrating finance, planning, and procurement functions.
• Bachelor's degree in public-sector finance, public administration, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional staff responsible for maintenance budget, finance and work-program analysis.
• Lead development and publication of the maintenance biennial budget and annual work program.
• Oversee cost recovery, capital-project support, and contracting activities.
• Ensure emergency financial readiness and audit readiness.
• Provide leadership for procurement methods and contract oversight.
• Train and advise staff on financial, work-management, and data governance practices.
