Job summary

Fluence Energy in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Business System Analyst for Financial Planning & Platforms. This full-time role is hybrid (2–3 days in the office) with up to 10% domestic travel.

You will configure and support planning platforms (Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Planful, SAP IBP, Oracle EPM), lead workshops, develop requirements, and ensure data integrity across budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CIS/CS/BA/Engineering and 4 years of experience in business systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and support enterprise-grade planning platforms and data management for budgeting, forecasting, headcount and demand planning.
• Lead workshops to define objectives and requirements, design solutions, and develop test cases and training content.
