Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience in high-growth PE integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare expense plans and monthly forecasts.
• Update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Perform long-range planning, M&A diligence, and integration modeling.
• Analyze variances and provide commentary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Monthly variance analysis to improve margins.
• Standardize financial model to reduce under-absorption and improve forecasting.
• Calculate and reconcile monthly cost and overhead; reduce reporting cycle time.
