Responsibilities

• Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
• Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
• Strategic long-range planning, M&A diligence, and integration modeling.
• Analyze and provide commentary on variances
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies
• Monthly variance analysis identifying labor inefficiencies to drive margin improvement.
• Help standardize financial model, eliminating under-absorption blind spots and improving forecasting accuracy
• Calculate and reconcile monthly cost and overhead, reducing reporting cycle time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 4+ years' of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI experience
• Big 4 Experience is a plus
• Experience in a high-growth PE environment folding many companies into one is a huge plus
