Job summary
Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Finance & Accounting to bridge IT and finance, gather requirements, and drive SAP-enabled projects.
You will own SAP FI/CO configurations, work with stakeholders, develop test plans, and lead implementation and training for finance modules.
5+ years in business analysis, SAP S4HANA experience, and ERP project mgmt are preferred; on-site role with occasional travel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FI/CO modules.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and SAP reporting.
- Focused experience with Finance and Accounting departments.
- 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and document stakeholder requirements for projects.
- Deliver SAP configuration support within Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO).
- Lead requirements sessions and project status meetings.
- Develop business cases and project scope.
- Coordinate QA testing and user acceptance testing.
- Create training plans for application changes and releases.
- Manage change requests and software enhancements.
- Support post-implementation issues and vendor management.
