Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Finance & Accounting to lead requirements, drive IT initiatives, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions. You will coordinate SAP FI/CO activities, build business cases, and oversee testing and training efforts.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, project planning, and governance across Finance. On-site at corporate HQ in Cincinnati, with travel as needed and a focus on process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with SAP S4 and SAP FI/CO modules.
• Experience with SAC Analytics and SAC Planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and document stakeholder requirements for projects and enhancements.
• Provide SAP configuration support within Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Develop and maintain an end-user community through training and knowledge sharing.
