Senior Finance Program Manager – Change Initiatives
$70–80/hour + Benefits (W2), FullyRemote, 6-Month Consulting Opportunity with Potential for Extension
Del Oro Consulting, anational consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience supportingglobal technology leaders, is seeking a SeniorProgram Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for a high-techclient. This individual will play a key role in driving transformation acrosssystems, reporting, and operational processes. Strong financial acumen andexperience with change management are essential. Exposure to FP&A orTreasury is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and executionof complex finance-related programs focused on systems, processes, andperformance improvements.
- Partner with stakeholdersacross finance, operations, and technology to identify, design, andimplement scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain programplans, monitor key milestones, and track critical business decisions.
- Proactively manage risks,interdependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate program updates,risks, and strategic insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to treasury-relatedinitiatives such as liquidity planning, banking relationships, or cashflow analysis (preferred).
- Support internal go-to-marketactivities for finance programs, including communication strategies andbusiness readiness planning.
- Document business processchanges and ensure alignment across evolving program scopes and timelines.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of program or projectmanagement experience, preferably within a finance, operations, orenterprise systems environment.
- Strong understanding of corefinancial principles, business operations, and process improvement bestpractices.
- Proven success leadingcross-functional teams through change in fast-paced, matrixedenvironments.
- Excellent communication,organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
- Self-directed and proactive,with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive clarity inambiguous situations.
- Strong influencing skills and acollaborative mindset—able to lead without direct authority.
- Treasury experience or exposureis a plus.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similarcertifications are a bonus.
