Job summary

The Morning Star Company in Woodland, CA seeks an Enterprise Finance Partner to lead cost accounting, financial analysis and strategic finance initiatives. The role requires 7–15 years of relevant experience and a hands-on leader who can partner with operations and IT to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Formal education in business administration, information systems, finance, accounting or economics.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Excel including VLOOKUPs, macros and pivot tables.
• Experience in SQL and/or Sage 300 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to streamline financial processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze operating and financial data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Partner with operating teams to develop budgets and quarterly reviews.
• Evaluate and improve business processes and systems.
