Job summary

Hire Score LLC, a global manufacturing and technology organization, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Commercial in a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN. You will partner with senior leaders, drive forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance reporting, while shaping corporate strategy with data-driven insights and compelling financial storytelling.

The role requires 7+ years in finance, strong ERP experience (SAP/S4/OneStream), and the ability to influence at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering background.
• Experience in large, multinational companies.
• FP&A experience required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, S4, OneStream, or similar).

This role blends commercial finance, forecasting, pricing strategy, business partnering, and executive-level financial insights. The position is based in Indianapolis, IN and operates in a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Base salary range: $160,000 - $175,000, plus 15% annual bonus.
