Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking aSenior AP leader to drive DSD Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely task completion. You will supervise a team, oversee 3rd party invoice processing, and refine SOPs while aligning with supply chain data flows and cross-functional collaborations.

The role emphasizes internal controls, KPI reporting, and active contribution to department goals, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across brands and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Equivalent required.
• 6-8 years AP experience, preferably leading teams/processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting theories and practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivots, and macros.
• Experience with GL analysis and AP data flow across supply chain.
• Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana and ERP reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AP associates for timely task completion.
• Oversee invoice processing by a 3rd party provider.
• Maintain and refine standard operating procedures.
• Manage end-to-end data flow between supply chain areas.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop and publish department KPIs and reporting.
• Set departmental goals and drive accountability across the team.
