Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6–8 years AP experience, preferably with team leadership.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial impact.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with GL analysis and data reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach AP team to ensure accurate, timely work.
• Oversee invoice processing by internal staff and 3rd party providers.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and controls.
• Manage data flow between supply chain areas and external providers.
• Collaborate with VSRM, category management, brands, finance, IT to resolve issues.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Develop and publish department KPIs and reporting.
• Drive departmental goals and accountability across the team.
