Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance - Supply Chain to own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for CPUs, storage and networking. You will partner with Procurement and Operations to evaluate contracts and total cost of ownership, build financial models, and report to executives.

You will lead cost-reduction initiatives, analyze variances, and drive scalable reporting as Crusoe scales its energy-first AI infrastructure globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience including supply chain/ procurement exposure.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ERP/planning systems experience.
• Ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights for executives.
• Experience partnering with procurement and operations on contracts, capex, and cost analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in hardware, data center, or energy infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A process for supply chain including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for CPUs, storage, and networking.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to evaluate contracts and total cost of ownership for hardware.
• Build and maintain financial models to track unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics.
• Analyze variances and provide root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop monthly/quarterly executive reporting highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and track savings across cross-functional teams.
• Support scenario planning for capacity, capex, and vendor negotiations.
• Mentor junior finance team members in supply chain finance.
