Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field plus 4 years’ experience in accounting/finance, or 6 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• 1 year of cross‑functional project leadership experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze complex financial models to support planning and target setting.
• Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes and transparency.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear documentation.
• Lead execution of business plans by prioritizing needs and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
• Supervise and develop associates through coaching and performance management.
• Promote adherence to policies, ethics, and integrity standards across teams.
