Axon is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to partner with Next Markets sales teams (US Federal, Corrections, Justice) and drive analytical rigor across commercial finance. The role blends strategic planning with day-to-day leadership, impacting growth, pricing, and deal economics in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will lead forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaborations with Finance, Sales, and Operations at Hub locations; on-site Tue–Fri with some remote

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of total experience in finance roles.
• Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A and modeling.
• Experience leading finance efforts for high-growth sales teams in a global matrix.

Responsabilités

• Act as finance business partner to Next Markets sales teams.
• Own and guide strategic investment roadmap for Next Markets.
• Advise on large, complex deals to drive growth.
• Build short-term and long-range forecasts; manage driver-based bookings model.
• Define and report key operational KPIs with cross-functional partners.
