Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Seattle to lead gross profit and pricing initiatives, build robust financial models, and drive data accuracy across finance, product, and marketing teams.

You will collaborate with Brands, Channel Finance, Pricing, and Data teams to translate insights into actionable business decisions that support profitable growth. Starting pay reflects location and experience, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle EPM Cloud and SQL, and program management tools Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and business-case development.
• Understanding of P&L drivers and driver analysis to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Ability to build data-quality checks and accuracy controls.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, process improvement, and translating analytical results into financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Ownership - Lead gross profit and pricing program initiatives from end to end, including scope definition, road-map and milestone development, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Financial Modeling and Impact Analysis - Develop financial models ranging from basic to complex, including forecasts and advanced analyses.
• Simplicity and Quality - Drive simplicity and implement improvements that enhance the quality of products and processes.
• Continuous Improvement and Clarity - Monitor team processes and recommend improvements.
• Cross-Functional Partnership and Trusted Advisorship - Build strong working relationships and act as a trusted advisor across Finance, PM, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data.
• Systems Expertise and Data Integrity - Apply deep knowledge of financial systems and audit outputs for accuracy.
