Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with a master's degree.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn and use, financial systems such as Oracle EPM Cloud and SQL, as well as program management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and business-case development.
• Understanding of P&L drivers and driver analysis to identify opportunities and drive outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Ability to build data-quality checks and accuracy controls.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, process improvement, and translating analytical results into financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Ownership - Lead gross profit and pricing program initiatives from end to end, including scope definition, road-map and milestone development, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Financial Modeling and Impact Analysis - Develop financial models ranging from basic to complex, including forecasts and advanced analyses.
• Simplicity and Quality - Drive simplicity and implement improvements that enhance the quality of products and processes.
• Continuous Improvement and Clarity - Monitor team processes and recommend improvements; build controls and checks for data reporting accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Partnership and Trusted Advisorship - Collaborate across Finance, Program Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to influence stakeholders.
