Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience in tech or SaaS environments preferred.
• Experience scaling Fintech/Lending business and understanding loan economics, capital markets, funding, and reserves.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams in complex organizations.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and SVP-level executives; data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to GBSG Finance leadership and stakeholders to shape 1- and 3-year plans with risk and opportunity insights.
• Build trusted relationships across Intuit's finance leadership and cross-functional partners for holistic decision making.
• Create financial models to analyze scenarios affecting GTM strategy, promotions, pricing, and product mix.
• Lead senior leadership reviews and execute executive-level financial narratives and reporting.
• Drive process improvements by standardizing and automating reporting and analytics.
