Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group company, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager Consultant to join our Austin-based team of Accounting consultants. You will support clients on interim and project-based finance needs, building models and providing insight as part of client teams onsite.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate variances to executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience as a Financial Analyst or Finance Manager.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience preparing monthly and annual reporting packages.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to present variances to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for multiple growth scenarios.
• Analyze monthly financial results and trends.
• Create monthly and annual reporting packages.
• Serve as liaison between Finance, dept heads, and executives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
• Utilize modeling tools to generate forecasts and statements.
• Identify prospective mergers and conduct due diligence.
