Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking a Controller Consultant to join our growing Financial Operations practice. You will serve as a strategic business partner to support interim and project-based accounting needs for clients ranging from startups to scaleups.

You will work with CFOs, CEOs, and executive teams, lead accounting functions, improve processes, and help growth companies implement controls and forecasting. Travel locally and to national markets may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as a Controller.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally; consulting-style client service mindset.
• Experience leading accounting department operations and internal controls.
• Industry experience in tech/SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to client organizations.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, and executives to drive client success.
• Help clients execute growth strategies and implement process improvements.
