Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a Staff Accountant to support monthly closings, reporting and audit readiness. You will help forecast budgets, track R&D and sales metrics, and maintain cost and fixed asset schedules in a complex manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least five years of accounting experience, with advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including expert level Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completes and submits required reporting to Corporate.
• Assists in the forecasting process.
• Tracks and reports all costs associated with R&D.
• Tracks and reports various sales and bookings metrics.
• Publishes labor and material cost reports to management.
• Performs end of month account reconciliations.
• Performs monthly bank reconciliations.
• Tracks actual vs. budget expenses and reports findings to management.
• Maintains standard costing system.
• Maintains fixed asset schedules.
• Assists in preparation of yearly budget.
• Conducts and coordinates audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements/regulations, as well as corporate requirements.
• Tests financial controls.
• Any other task as assigned by Manager.
