BioWave, a Medtech innovator in Westport, CT, seeks a Senior Director of Finance to act as the company’s senior finance leader and strategic partner to the CEO. The role emphasizes profitability, capital allocation, and major transformation initiatives.

The position offers CFO-pathway potential, reporting to the CEO with responsibility across ERP, external relationships, and long-range enterprise planning. On-site responsibilities include leadership of a growing finance team and collaboration

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Finance and business leadership experience.
• Experience with M&A, diligence, capital raising, investors, investment bankers, or strategic transactions.
• Strong executive presence and experience interacting with CEOs, Boards, banks, investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach suitable for a rapidly growing company.
• CPA strongly preferred. Medical device/healthcare/manufacturing experience attractive.

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance function and serve as principal financial advisor to CEO and management team.
• Develop and lead the Assistant Controller and Finance organization.
• Maintain accountability for financial reporting, controls, balance sheet integrity, cash flow, and performance.
