Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network in Allentown seeks a Senior Coordinator, Financial Management and Analysis to lead comprehensive financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting for multiple service lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.
CPA, MBA, MHA or FHFMA preferred.
Fifteen years of professional experience, with healthcare financial analysis preferred.
Experience leading complex proformas and financial analyses for multiple service lines.
Proficiency with EPIC and costing data.

Responsibilities

Oversee and prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and proformas for existing service lines and new locations.
Present analyses including ROIs, breakeven analyses, and P&Ls to executive teams.
Lead and review profit and loss analyses for network programs and departments.
Develop service line financial information for due diligence and joint ventures.
Draft presentations and act as liaison to hospital leaders on financial planning.
