Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the application strategy, roadmap, and execution for ERP capabilities in finance.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, FinTech, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ERP enhancements, issue resolution, and transformation initiatives across delivery lifecycle.
• Drive governance, change management, and prioritization balancing speed and risk.
• Ensure controllership, compliance, auditability, and operational excellence across global processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve UX.
• Influence architecture, data flows, and extensibility with business needs in mind.
• Support large-scale finance transformation programs, modernization, and migrations.
• Lead stakeholder communication with senior leaders and partner teams on updates and decisions.
• Mentor team members and foster ownership, high standards, and customer focus.
