Job Description

The Global Process Owner, Record to Report (R2R), within the Global Finance Operations (GFO) team, reports to the SVP, Global Finance Operations. This role is pivotal during a transformational period as we migrate from SAP ECC to S/4 Hana and leverage Blackline capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Transformation: Support design and implementation of S/4 Hana modules including Code Block Design, Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany, Journal, Reporting, etc. Ensure optimal use of Blackline and other enabling technologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and prioritize process improvements within R2R.
• Control Environment: Maintain an appropriate accounting control environment, collaborating with R2R Ops Lead and Risk & Compliance teams.
• Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement operational policies, ensure accurate procedures, and contribute to technical accounting policy development.
• Process: Design and govern master data across end-to-end processes, ensuring best practices.
• People: Lead the GPO team and coordinate with the BPO partner.
• Performance: Define and monitor key performance metrics and SLAs.
• BPO Management: Support operational leadership in managing the BPO relationship.

• Drive the R2R Transformation Roadmap.

Qualifications
