We seek leaders who have a deep understanding of the Financial Close process, including daily, monthly, and quarterly workflows, and demonstrate effective self-management, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday Financials software implementation projects for clients throughout the U.S. in all segments and industries.
• Interact with various levels of client personnel, from analysts to CFOs.
• Provide design advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide industry, financial/accounting, and/or technology expertise to customers and Revelwood project teams.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, approaches, and models relevant to the practice.
• Own and manage internal projects such as the development of our training materials.
• Lead and mentor others in the consulting organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business (Accounting or Finance is a plus), Information Systems or equivalent.
• Workday Pro Financials certification (at least one of the following Services paths required - Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Contracts to Cash).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday Financials.
• Experience with multiple FINS implementations; preferably as overall Project Lead or Engagement Manager.
• Deep understanding of Financial Close processes and daily, monthly, and quarterly workflows.
• Broad knowledge of accounting best practices (P2P, R2R, C2C).
