Job summary

10x Team seeks an experienced Finance Director to train and refine AI models on corporate finance topics. This freelance, remote role fits 8–20 hours weekly and focuses on guiding AI to understand senior financial leadership concepts, strategy, governance, and risk management.

You will review AI-generated content, provide structured feedback, and create real-world scenarios for AI training. EU/UK-based experts preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance Director level experience in corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Strong track record in financial strategy, governance, risk management and financial operations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to deliver constructive feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to corporate finance strategy, financial planning and risk management.
• Assess accuracy of AI suggestions in financial decision-making, compliance, reporting and cashflow management.
• Develop real-world scenarios and case studies based on your experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader.
• Create scenario variations reflecting financial best practices, strategic planning and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, ambiguities or errors in AI-generated content, providing actionable feedback to improve reliability.
• Guide AI systems to better understand and implement senior-level financial leadership concepts.
